患者,女,13 岁,右眼不慎被"笔帽"击中后出现视力下降、眼红眼痛不适,当地医院诊断为右眼虹膜睫状体炎,给予局部抗炎治疗,但症状一直未改善.查体示右眼结膜混合性充血,4 点位近角膜缘处球结膜下见色素沉着,前房积脓约2.5 mm,玻璃体腔脓性浑浊.入院诊断右眼巩膜穿孔伤并眼内炎.经过手术治疗后右眼视力提高,病情稳定.
Abstract
A 13-year-old female patient experienced decreased vision,redness,and discomfort in her right eye after it was accidentally struck by a"pen cap".The local hospital diagnosed her with iridocyclitis in the right eye and provided local anti-inflammatory treatment,but her symptoms did not improve.Physical examination showed that mixed conjunctival hyperemia was observed in the right eye,along with pigmentation under the bulbar conjunctiva near the corneal limbus at the 4 o'clock position,approximately 2.5 mm of hypopyon in the anterior chamber,and purulent vitreous opacity.The scleral perforation injury and endophthalmitis in the right eye was diagnosed in this hospital.After surgical treatment,her vision improved,and her condition stabilized.
