多发巨大副泪腺导管囊肿1例

摘要
患儿男性,7 岁.主诉右眼上睑无痛性肿胀 2 个月余.查体显示右眼上睑下垂,可触及包块,无压痛,边界清,翻转上睑可见睑板上缘穹隆部巨大结膜肿物,呈蓝紫色改变.影像学检查示右侧眼球前上方可见不规则稍低密度影;术中完全取出透明的肿物;病理检查结果示副泪腺导管囊肿.术后效果良好,未见复发.
Abstract
A child complained of painless swelling of the upper eyelid in the right eye for more than 2 months.The patient's right upper blepharoedema,and a palpable lump could be seen in the right eye without tenderness,with clear boundaries.When flipping the upper eyelid,a huge conjunctival mass at the fornix of the upper edge of the meibomian plate could be seen,with a blue purple color change;The impact study examination showed that a slightly low-density irregular shadow was visible above the right anterior eyeball of the patient;The transparent tumor was completely removed and the pathological examination results showed it was the accessory lacrimal gland duct cyst.The postoperative effect was good and no recurrence was observed.
