摘要
本文分析 2 例眼球穿孔伤术后二期白内障手术中意外发现睫毛异物患者的临床资料,术中均顺利取出睫毛异物,术后无眼内炎等并发症发生.并对眼外伤术后二期白内障手术中发现睫毛异物相应的原因、临床处理策略及预防措施进行探讨.
Abstract
This paper analyzed the cinical data of two patients who were accidentally discovered with eyelash foreign bodies during the second stage cataract surgery after eye perforation injury through two case reports.The eyelash foreign bodies were successfully removed during the surgery,and there were no complications such as intraocular inflammation after the surgery.And the corresponding reasons,clinical management strategies,and preventive measures for the discovery of eyelash foreign bodies during secondary cataract surgery after eye trauma surgery were discussed.
