外伤性眼球萎缩诊疗研究进展

摘要
眼球遭受严重创伤后诊治不及时可发生眼球萎缩,发生萎缩的机制复杂.眼球萎缩视功能丧失,并影响颜面部外观.目前对于外伤性眼球萎缩的诊治尚未见共识.既往眼球萎缩通过摘除眼球联合义眼植入等方式改善颜面外观,随着玻璃体视网膜手术适应证的拓展,部分萎缩眼球可通过手术治疗控制萎缩进展.本文针对眼球萎缩的形成机制、诊断及治疗的研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Eyeball atrophy may occur after severe trauma without timely diagnosis and treatment.The mechanism of atrophy is complex.Eyeball atrophy can result in loss of visual function and affect facial appearance.There is no consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic atrophy of the eyeball.In the past,the facial appearance of atrophy was improved by removing the eyeball combined with prosthetic eye implantation.With the expansion of the indications for vitreoretonal surgery,some atrophy of the eyeball can be controlled by surgical treatment.This article reviews the progress in the formation mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of ocular atrophy.
