眼眶骨折重建手术中不同材料的应用分析

摘要
眼眶骨折是创伤疾病的常见并发症,部分需要手术修复眼眶骨折.由不同材料制成的植入物是影响手术结果和预后的重要因素之一.目前,国内外无统一的植入物选择标准,临床上使用的植入材料大多是异质材料,包括非吸收性材料和可吸收材料.最常用的非吸收性材料是钛网和高密度聚乙烯(Medpor).可吸收材料主要由各种类型的聚合物组成.本文通过回顾近5 年来的相关报道,比较这些材料的优缺点,为临床医生的选择提供一些参考.
Abstract
Orbital fractures are a common complication of traumatic injuries,and some require surgical repair.Implants made of different materials are one of the important factors affecting surgical outcomes and prognosis.There is currently no unified standard for the selection of implants both domestically and internationally.At present,the implant materials used in clinical practice are mostly heterogeneous materials,including non-absorbable materials and absorbable materials.The most commonly used non-absorbable materials are titanium mesh and high-density polyethylene(Medpor).Absorbable materials mainly consist of various types of polymer polymers.By reviewing relevant reports from the past 5 years and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these different types of materials,it can provide some references for selection to clinical doctors.
