摘要
基于评价理论文章对诗歌及其翻译中的评价资源进行研究.以《蒹葭》两个英译本为例,首先分析原文并找出评价资源,探讨这两个英译本是否实现了原文的评价意义,从评价理论的角度来判定译文是否是好的译文.同时证明了评价理论有助于鉴赏和加强诗歌原文的理解,并为验证评价理论应用于翻译研究,指导翻译实践提供了有价值的依据.
Abstract
This paper makes an analysis of the poetry and its appraisal resources in English versions based on the appraisal theory.Taking Jianjia and its two English versions as an example,the paper firstly finds out the appraisal resources in the original and examines the appraisal realization in the target text,and judges whether it is a good English version from the appraisal perspective.The paper proves that it is helpful to appreciate and understand the original poetry by using appraisal theory and can be applied into the translation study to instruct the translation practice.
