从言语行为“道歉”看中西方文化差异

摘要
在跨文化交际中,道歉语是人们日常生活中的常用语.中西方使用道歉语在表达及含义等方面存在差异,这种差异主要体现在对道歉策略选择的差异、使用频率的差异等.不同文化对道歉言语行为的使用存在着一定影响,往往会给跨文化交际带来不可避免的障碍,甚至产生误会或纠纷.本文针对道教语使用方面的差异进行了深层的文化剖析,并揭示这种差异根源于社会规范与文化价值现的不同等原因.尊重和提高对不同文化的敏感性,并尽可能多地实践,才能真正掌握外语,实现成功的跨文化交际.
Abstract
In intercultural communication,apology word is a common used in people's daily life.When apologize,Chinese and Western people are different in expression and implication.These differences are found in the selection of apology strategies,frequency and so on.Different uses of apology speech act are resulted from different cultures.And the differences usually bring inevitable obstacles,sometimes misunderstandings and conflicts,to intercultural communication.This paper aims to discuss the deep cultural toots of these differences,and to reveal that the differences are resulted from different social regulation and cultural views.Only to respect and also cultivate sensitivity to different cultures and make greet effort to practice,can foreign language be mastered,and can successful intercultural commtnication be achieved.
