摘要

在过去十多年,全世界几乎都在教学改革.人们也开始意识到了科技是社会发展的根本动力.而教师则起到了关键作用.一个国家的教育质量依靠着这个国家老师的质量(Mourshed,2010).因此,教师的职业发展更尤为重要,而最有效的教师职业发展途径被证明是反思性教学.

Abstract

In the past decades, the teaching reform bandwagon swept across the world.And people had begun to realke that science and technology is the force of social development.Moreover, teachers are the key to that.A nation's quality of education depends on a nation' s quality of tether.(Mourshed, 2010) Therefore, the teacher professional development appears to be of essence.An effective way to promoting teacher professional development which has been proved is reflective teaching.
