摘要

教学设计是教师依据学生需求及教学目标,系统而有序地安排教学内容,选择适宜教学方法,实现预期目标的过程.因此,教师应从学生角度出发,将教学对象需求与教学目标紧密结合,使教学结果最优化,进而达到有效教学.高中课堂教学设计可分为三个步骤:第一,教师需要明确学生需求,将其与教学目标相结合;第二,教师需要安排具体教学内容,选择合适教学方法,从而实现预期教学目标;最后,教师还应着重设计考查方式,以期能够更直观的检测教学效果.

Abstract

Lesson planning is a procedure for teachers to consider whatintended outcomes students are expected to achieve and how to fulfil these goals in teaching and learning process.Concerning the specific teaching and learning activity in secondary schools,it can be outlined that teaching planning consists of three stages.Firstly,teachers need to clearly identify the intended outcomes and students' needs.Then,the second focus should be placed on preparing lesson content and teaching methods,which serve as the means to realise the intended objectives.In lesson preparation,effective secondary school teachers should be able to integrate students' needs and intended outcomes into lesson content and then select appropriate teaching techniques to achieve contemplated aims.Thirdly,appropriate types of assessment should be considered in lesson planning as well,which can ensure dynamic learning climate.
