The research on the use of rhymes in Tang Dynasty poetry and prose in the past 80 years is divided into three stages:initial creation,vigorous development and transformation and innovation.This paper analyzes and summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of using rhymes in poetry and prose of the prosperous Tang Dynasty from five aspects,such as case,genre,region,generation and method,so as to provide reference for further developing the study of using rhymes in poetry and prose of the prosperous Tang Dynasty.
