摘要

"荜澄茄"自南北朝刘宋时期传入中原,文献中多有出现且异称众多,如"澄茄、毗陵茄子、毕澄茄、毕茄、嫩胡椒、毕和尚"等,不少异称都带有浓厚的域外语言印记.对其音义关系进行梳理,并进而探索其在中原地区医药、饮食等方面的文化内涵很有必要.

Abstract

"BiChengQie"was introduced into the Central Plains since the LiuSong Dynasty,there are many occurrences in the literature and it has many different names,such as"Chengqie,Pilingqiezi,Bichengqie,Biqie,Nenhujiao,Biheshang and so on.Most of these names have a strong marking of foreign literature.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and sort out its sound and meaning relationship.In the central plains,it is important to understand the role of in the field of medical and food culture.
