The Tension between Literature and Law:The Arguement of Qingli and the Dimension of Law in Crime and Punishment
Dostoyevsky's Crime and Punishment not only contains the story of contradiction between emotion and reason in literature,but also discusses the relationship between law and morality in jurispru-dence.Through constructing the character image of the protagonist Raskolnikov,the work reflects the changes of ideological trends of The Times and people's inner thinking,and can analyze the core clues of the contradiction of reason from the perspective of literature.At the same time,literature is actually a re-flection and projection of historical facts.The unique origins of The Times have given rise to its unparal-leled legal outlook,and the thought and behavior of the protagonist can also be examined and analyzed from the perspective of the relationship between morality and law.This study makes an in-depth inter-pretation of Crime and Punishment from the perspectives of literature and law,aiming at revealing the rich connotation and far-reaching significance of this work,reveal the complex relationship between the contradiction of reason and legal morality,and provide a new perspective and thinking path for interdisci-plinary research.
