矩阵式过程评价量表下的学习目标设计依据新课标所界定的识字与写字、阅读与鉴赏、表达与交流、梳理与探究等教学活动和文化自信、语言运用、思维能力、审美创造等 4 种学科素养,对照学生的实际情况,从内容知识和过程技能两个维度将核心素养细化落实在具体的教学活动中,并进行事实判断和价值判断,改进"教"与"学",体现"教、学、评"的一致性,实现学科育人的最终目的.
