An Explanation of the Difficult Chinese Characters Lacking Interpretation In Hanyu Dazidian(《汉语大字典》)and Zhonghua Zihai(《中华字海》)
Guided by Mr.Yang Baozhong's method of textual research and interpretation of difficult words,this paper makes a textual research and interpretation of"hu((虎))""hu(肉舌)""bi(必文)"and"liang((梁))",which are included in the Hanyu Dazidian(《汉语大字典》))and Zhonghua Zihai(《中华字海》).It is believed that"hu((虎))"is an erroneous character of"hu(虖)","hu(肉舌)"is an erroneous character of"hu(胡)","bi(必文)"is an erroneous character of"bi(弼)",and"liang((梁))"is an additional character of"liang(梁)".It is of great significance to study and interpret these difficult characters.First,it is possible to communicate these difficult characters with their orthographic characters and reasonably classify them.Second,it is possible to correct the mistakes of the predecessors in communicating these difficult characters.Third,it can con-tribute to the collation and standardization of Chinese characters.
