摘要
清华简《保训》里的"中"学界存在多种说法,均难成定论.清华简新发布的《参不韦》篇出现的"中"可训为"法",指自然、人类社会运行的法则、规律.联系起来比较,《保训》之"中"也当理解为法则,指自然、人类社会运行的规律,具体而言即统治者借以维护统治的一套规则系统,当包括历法、伦理制度、律法制度等.
Abstract
Regarding the character"中"in the Bao Xun(《保训》)of Tsinghua Bamboo Slips,there are multiple interpretations within the academic community,making it difficult to reach a definitive conclusion.In the recently published San Bu Wei(《参不韦》)of the Tsinghua Bamboo Slips,the"中"can be interpreted as"法"(fa),referring to the laws and principles governing the operation of nature and human society.This give a chance to interpret the meaning of Zhong(中)in Bao Xun(《保训》).In comparison,the Zhong(中)in Bao Xun(《保训》)could also be interpreted as a rule,referring to the laws governing the operation of nature and human society.Specifically,it refers to a set of rules that governors use to maintain their authority,including calendars,ethical systems,legal systems,and so on.
