Value of Color Ultrasound and Mammography in Early Diagnosis of Breast Cancer
Objective:To explore the diagnostic advantages of breast color ultrasound and mammogra-phy in the early diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:This study was conducted to screen patients with sus-pected early breast cancer who met the required criteria,and 40 patients participated in the study.The time points were divided:from January 2021 to January 2023.Breast color ultrasound and mammography were performed on the patients respectively,the diagnostic results of patients were observed,and the ad-vantages of the two diagnostic methods were analyzed.Results:All 40 suspected early breast cancer pa-tients were verified by the gold standard,and 35 patients were diagnosed with the disease,which provided a reference value for subsequent diagnosis.The color ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer showed 33 positive patients and 7 negative patients,including the risk of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis(4 cases and 2 cases).The mammography examination showed 34 positive patients and 6 negative patients,including misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis risk(3 cases,2 cases).Calculations showed that there was no difference in diagnosis consistency,sensitivity and specificity between the two diagnoses(P＞0.05).Conclusion:In the early diagnosis of breast cancer,both color Doppler ultrasonography and mammography can diagnose the disease,but both methods have the risk of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.In order to effectively im-prove the diagnostic accuracy,it can be combined to facilitate the diagnosis of the disease,and promote patients to carry out treatment as soon as possible,and provide good support for patients'rehabilitation.
