Analysis of the Value of Transabdominal Ultrasound and Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Submucosal Fibroids of the Uterus
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and value of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of submucosal fibroids of the uterus. Methods:The study period was from January 2021 to January 2022.Sixty patients with confirmed submucosal fibroids of the uterus admitted to our hospital during this period were selected and divided into an observation group(transab-dominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound examination)and a control group(transabdominal ultra-sound examination). The clinical diagnostic effects of the two groups of patients were observed. Results:The sensitivity of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;the uterine artery blood flow in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group,P<0.05;the accuracy of the type of submucosal fibroids in the observation group was higher,P<0.05.Con-clusion:During the diagnosis of submucous myoma of the uterus, transabdominal ultrasound and trans-vaginal ultrasound are used.Transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound has a higher accu-racy and can clearly identify the specific location of submucous myoma of the uterus and the uterine ar-tery blood flow which can be popularized in clinical practice.
