Analysis of Coincidence Rate of High Frequency Ultrasound Diagnosis of Intussusception in Children
Objective:To explore the effect of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of intussus-ception in children.Methods:A total of 100 children with suspected intussusception received in our hos-pital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Combined clinical ex-amination(91 cases confirmed)was used as the gold standard.Abdominal X-ray examination and high-frequency ultrasound examination were performed on all the children respectively,and the diagnostic ef-fects of the two diagnostic methods were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the results of combined examination,the diagnostic coincidence rate of abdominal X-ray was 82.00％,the sensitivity was 83.52％,and the specificity was 66.67％,and the diagnostic coincidence rate of high-frequency ultra-sound was 96.00％,the sensitivity was 96.70％,and the specificity was 88.89％.Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound diagnosis of children with intussusception has outstanding effect,with high sensitiv-ity,accuracy and specificity,which can provide strong support for the diagnosis and treatment of clini-cians,and is highly feasible for promotion.
