Study on the Impact of FFR Based on Coronary CT Artery on Diagnostic Sensitivity and Specificity in Clinical Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease Patients
Objective:To analyze the impact of coronary artery CT based blood fractional flow reserve fraction(FFR)on diagnostic sensitivity and specificity in clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease pa-tients.Methods:A total of 48 study subjects were included in this study, all of whom were suspected coro-nary heart disease patients who visited our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022.They under-went coronary angiography(CAG)and FFR value measurement under coronary CT angiography(CCTA).Using CAG as a reference standard, the diagnostic efficacy of measuring FFR values under CCTA was sta-tistically analyzed. Results:Using CAG as the reference standard, after CT-FFR examination of 48 sus-pected coronary heart disease patients, there were 38 cases of true positive,1 case of false positive,5 cases of true negative, and 4 cases of false negative. The sensitivity of CT-FFR in diagnosing coronary heart disease was 90.48%(38/42),the specificity was 83.33%(5/6),and the accuracy was 89.58%(43/48).In the detection rate of coronary artery disease,CT-FFR was lower than CAG,and the difference in com-parison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The determination of FFR value under coronary CT angiography has a good clinical diagnostic effect for coronary heart disease, which is beneficial for im-proving diagnostic sensitivity and specificity. It can be used as an auxiliary means for clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
