Value of 64-slice Spiral CT Plain Scan and Three-dimensional Urography in Patients with Urinary Tract Obstructive Diseases
Objective:To explore the advantages of 64-slice spiral CT plain scan and three-dimensional urography in the diagnosis of urinary tract obstructive diseases.Methods:This study was sup-ported by patients with suspected urinary tract obstructive diseases,and data analysis was carried out.The interception time was from January 2022 to June 2023,and 70 cases were screened.Pathological ex-amination was used as the gold standard to provide reference for follow-up research.64-slice spiral CT plain scan and three-dimensional urography were carried out to diagnose patients,and the diagnosis re-sults were observed,and the diagnostic advantages and values of this technology were analyzed.Results:In this study,70 suspected patients with urinary tract obstructive diseases were selected.The pathological diagnosis of patients was positive in 68 cases and negative in 2 cases,which served as the gold standard and provided reference for the follow-up study.The patients were diagnosed positive in 68 cases and negative in 2 cases by 64-slice spiral CT plain scan and three-dimensional urography,and there were cases of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis(1 case missed diagnosis and 1 case missed diagnosis).The di-agnostic coincidence,sensitivity and specificity were calculated.In the diagnosis results,6 cases of tumor(8.82％),15 cases of ureteral malformation(22.06％),28 cases of urinary calculi(41.18％)and 19 cases of urinary tract stricture(27.94％)were detected by pathological diagnosis,and the detection rate was 100.00％.64-slice spiral CT plain scan and three-dimensional urography were used to diagnose and de-tect 6 cases of tumor(8.82％),15 cases of ureteral malformation(22.06％),28 cases of urinary calculi(41.18％)and 18 cases of urinary tract stricture(26.47％),with a detection rate of 98.53％and there was no difference in numerical values(P＞0.05).Conclusion:64-slice spiral CT plain scan and three-dimensional urography have high diagnostic value for urinary tract obstructive diseases,which can accurately observe the focus,reduce the influence of external factors on the disease,improve the diagnostic accuracy,help pa-tients to be diagnosed as early as possible,and have good reference value for clinical disease diagnosis.
