Evaluation of Clinical Application Value of Transvaginal Ultrasonography in Gynecology and Obstetrics Diseases
Objective:To evaluate the application value and diagnostic effect of transvaginal ultra-sound in the clinical diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology diseases.Methods:The study period was from September 2022 to August 2023.Subjects:60 patients with obstetrics and gynecology diseases admitted by outpatients;after admission,the patients were randomly divided into a reference group(30 cases)and a research group(30 cases)for comparative diagnostic study.Before specialist treatment,the reference group was diagnosed with transabdominal ultrasound,and the study group was diagnosed with combined abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound.The detection rate of obstetrics and gynecology diseases was com-pared between the two groups according to the results of specialized treatment.The diagnostic efficiency of the two groups was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the detection rates of en-dometrial lesion,cervical lesion,ovarian cyst and ectopic pregnancy between the two groups,P＞0.05;The total detection rate of gynecological diseases in the study group(96.67％)was higher than that in the refer-ence group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After analyzing the diagnostic effi-ciency of obstetrics and gynecology diseases in the two groups,it can be seen that the diagnostic sensitiv-ity of the study group was 96.67％(29/30)and the diagnostic coincidence rate of 96.67％(29/30)were higher than those of the reference group(73.33％and 73.33％),and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of abdominal ultrasonography combined with transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology diseases can actively improve the ultrasonic image characteristics required in diagnosis,improve the clinical detection rate and diagnosis coincidence rate of diseases,and provide feasible reference for the implementation of active treatment of patients with diseases.
