Clinical Value Analysis of CT Coronary Angiography in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Different Glucose Tolerance Levels
Objective:To explore the clinical value of CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease patients with different glucose tolerance. Methods:A study was conducted on coro-nary heart disease patients admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to March 2023.Among them,30 patients with normal glucose tolerance were selected as the normal group,30 patients with impaired glu-cose tolerance were selected as the impaired group, and 30 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as diabetes group. All patients underwent CT coronary angiography examination to compare the degree of ste-nosis,lesion location, and number of lesion branches in each group. The correlation between diabetes vol-ume and the degree of coronary artery stenosis was analyzed, and they were followed up for 2 years to cal-culate the incidence of major adverse cardiac events(MACE).Results:The severity of coronary artery ste-nosis in diabetes group was significantly higher than that in normal group and impaired group(P<0.05);the degree of coronary artery stenosis in the damaged group was higher than that in the normal group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The ratio of multi vessel disease in diabetes group was higher than that in normal group and damaged group(P<0.05);the proportion of multi vessel lesions in the dam-aged group was higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05).The least affected area of coronary artery disease in each group is the left main artery, while there is no significant difference or pattern in other af-fected areas.Impaired glucose tolerance is positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery steno-sis(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT coronary angiography shows different degrees of stenosis and pathological changes in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease patients with different glucose tolerance levels.Through CT coronary angiography,it can be determined that impaired glucose tolerance can promote the progression of coronary heart disease. It is found that impaired glucose tolerance is closely related to the degree of coronary artery stenosis, and patients with coronary heart disease combined with impaired glu-cose tolerance have a relatively higher risk of developing MACE.
