Clinical Study on Hypertensive Left Ventricular Hypertrophy with Left Heart Failure by Color Doppler Echocardiography
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of color Doppler echocardiography on hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure.Methods:118 cases of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure in the First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 118 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups were examined by color Doppler echocar-diography.Analyze the inspection results. Results:The left ventricular mass(LVM),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular mass index(LVMI),left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),early maximum blood flow/ve-locity(E/Ea),and(left ventricular fractional shortening,LVFS)levels were compared between the two groups. The LVM,LVESD,LVEDD,LVMI,and LAD indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,The other indicators were lower than the control group(P<0.05);In patients with different cardiac function grades, the levels of LVEF,E/Ea,and LVFS indicators increase with the in-crease of cardiac function grade, while other indicators decrease with the increase of cardiac function grade. There were differences among the three groups in comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure, the use of cardiac ultrasound examination has good application advantages, which can determine the degree of heart disease and pro-vide a basis for clinical disease treatment.
