Diagnostic Value and Detection Rate Analysis of Vaginal Three-dimensional Ultrasound in Intrauterine Adhesions
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value and detection rate of vaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in patients with intrauterine adhesions. Methods:From September 2022 to Sep-tember 2023,a total of 30 researchers were included, including 15 patients with intrauterine adhesions as the research group and the remaining 15 women with physical examination as the control group. The value and detection rate of the two groups after three-dimensional vaginal examination were compared. Results:FI,VFI,VI and uterine volume in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound diagno-sis of vagina in the study group was 93.33%.Conclusion:Three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound con-firmed that uterine cavity volume decreased and blood flow parameters decreased significantly.Three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound can evaluate uterine cavity volume and blood flow changes in pa-tients with intrauterine adhesion.
