MR Dynamic Enhanced Scanning Subtraction Technique to Evaluate the Efficacy of Hepatic Arterial Embolization Chemotherapy and Radiofrequency Ablation for Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Objective:To discuss the efficacy of MR dynamic enhanced scanning subtraction tech-nique in hepatic transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)and radio frequency ablation(RFA)for hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:40 patients with liver cancer treated in our hospital from December 2020 to November 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment ways, with 20 cases in each group.Patients in the control group and observation group were underwent to MR examination, and patients in the control group were required to undergo TACE treatment, and patients in the observation group were required to undergo RFA treatment. The clinical ef-ficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions, tumor inactivation rate, liver function and AFP level of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 100.00%in the observation group and 75.00%in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reac-tions was 30.00%in control group and 5.00%in observation group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The tumor inactivation rate was 92.86%in the observation group and 78.95%in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,ALT and AST in both groups were higher than before treatment, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,AFP level was significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of RFA in the treat-ment of liver cancer patients evaluated by MR dynamic enhanced scanning subtraction technology can significantly boost the clinical therapeutic affect of patients, decrease the incidence of adverse reactions, increase the probability of tumor inactivation, and importantly boost the liver function and the quality and level of life of patients. It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
