The Diagnostic Value and Clinical Significance of DCE-MRI Combined with Magnetic Resonance Multi-b Value DWI in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
Objective:To analyze the value and clinical significance of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)combined with multiple b-value diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging(DWI)in diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods:Fifty patients with nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma initially diagnosed by pathology in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects, all patients underwent DCE-MRI and magnetic resonance multi-b value DWI examination, the quantitative parameters of tumor lesion and contralateral lateral muscle were com-pared,the ADC values under different b values were compared, and the diagnostic efficacy of DCE-MRI and magnetic resonance multi-b value DWI alone and combined diagnosis was compared. Results:The value of volume transfer constant(Ktrans),rate constant(Kep)and extravascular extracellular space volume ratio(Ve)were higher than those of contralateral lateral muscle(P<0.05).The apparent diffusion coeffi-cient(ADC)values of tumor lesions at b=800 s/mm2 and b=1200 s/mm2 were smaller than those of contra-lateral lateral muscle, and the ADC value for b=1 200 s/mm2 is less than b=800 s/mm2(P<0.05).The diag-nostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of DCE-MRI and magnetic resonance multi b-value DWI com-bined diagnosis were higher than that of single diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:DCE-MRI combined with magnetic resonance multi-b value DWI has high diagnostic value, and has important clinical application and promotion value.
