The Value of CT Virtual Localization and Conventional Localization in Early Resection of Lung Cancer
Objective:To study the application value of CT virtual positioning and conventional local-ization in early resection of lung cancer,in order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional position-ing,and to provide reference for related research.Methods:100 cases of lung cancer patients treated in the hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects,and were divided into observation group(CT virtual positioning,62 cases)and control group(conventional CT posi-tioning,38 cases)according to the principle of comparability of baseline data and the difference of treat-ment modalities.Compare the positioning effects of patients in the two groups,including successful posi-tioning,precise resection,positioning time consumed,operation time,resection time,hospitalisation time,etc.Compare the positioning-related complications and postoperative-related complications of the two groups.Results:The positioning time,operation time,hospitalisation time and resection time of the obser-vation group were lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of successful positioning and precise resection was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of pulmonary haemorrhage,pain at the puncture site and irritating cough in the ob-servation group was lower than that in the control group,and the number of complication events was less than that in the control group in terms of the number of types of complication events,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Subcutaneous emphysema,fluid pneumothorax,pulmonary embo-lism,and postoperative complication events in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CT virtual positioning has more advantages than conventional CT positioning,which can improve the accuracy of po-sitioning,shorten the operation time,and reduce the related complications.
