Diagnostic Value of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound Combined with Mammography in Intraductal Mammary Papilloma
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with mammography in intraductal mammary papilloma(DIP).Methods:60 cases of suspected DIP patients ad-mitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were examined by contrast-enhanced ultra-sound and mammography, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results:Among the 60 suspected DIP patients, pathological examination, which served as the gold standard, confirmed 56 positive cases.Taking this result as the gold standard,46 cases were detected by contrast-enhanced ultrasound,43 cases were detected by mammography, with a detection rate of 76.67% and 71.67% respectively, whereas the combined examination detected 55 cases, resulting in a detection rate of 91.67%.There was no signifi-cant difference in sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy between contrast-enhanced ultrasound and mam-mography(P>0.05).However,combining both methods significantly improved sensitivity and accuracy compared to either method alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of DIP,contrast-enhanced ultrasound and mammography have their own advantages, but the combined detection of both can further improve the diagnostic accuracy.
