CT三维容积重建和X线对诊断肋骨骨折的效能分析

摘要
目的:探究CT三维容积重建和X线对诊断肋骨骨折的应用效能.方法:选取清涧县中医院放射科2021年12月至2023年12月收治的疑似肋骨骨折患者80例,所有患者入院后均进行胸部多层螺旋CT三维容积重建和X线检查,以最终手术结果作为诊断金标准,且金标准结果显示确诊肋骨骨折43例,未确诊或确诊其他病症37例,本研究对比两种影像学方法的误诊率、敏感度、特异度和准确度.结果:和X线检查相比,多层螺旋CT三维容积重建诊断病理误诊率更低(6.25％对比25.00％,P=0.001),敏感度更高(93.02％对比67.44％,P=0.000),特异度更高(94.59％对比83.78％,P=0.014),准确度更高(93.75％对比75.00％,P=0.000).结论:胸部多层螺旋CT三维容积重建在诊断肋骨骨折方面效果优于X线,能够更清晰地明确骨折类型和细节,建议在临床实践中使用胸部多层螺旋CT三维容积重建以提高诊断准确性.
Abstract
Objective:Exploring the application efficacy of CT three-dimensional volume reconstruc-tion and X-ray in diagnosing rib fractures.Methods:Selecting 80 suspected rib fracture patients admitted to the Radiology Department of Qingjian County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023,all patients underwent chest multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional volume re-construction and X-ray examination after admission.The final surgical results were used as the gold stan-dard for diagnosis,and the gold standard results showed that 43 cases were diagnosed with rib fractures and 37 cases were not diagnosed or diagnosed with other diseases.This study compared the misdiagnosis rate,sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the two imaging methods.Results:Compared with X-ray ex-amination,multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional volume reconstruction has a lower misdiagnosis rate(6.25％compared to 25.00％,P=0.001),higher sensitivity(93.02％compared to 67.44％,P=0.000),higher specificity(94.59％compared to 83.78％,P=0.014),and higher accuracy(93.75％compared to 75.00％,P=0.000).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional volume reconstruction of the chest is more effective than X-ray in diagnosing rib fractures,and can clarify the types and details of frac-tures more clearly.It is recommended to use multi slice spiral CT three-dimensional volume reconstruc-tion of the chest in clinical practice to improve diagnostic accuracy.
