The Diagnostic Value of Four-dimensional Uterine Tubal Ultrasound(4D-HyCoSy)Combined with Saline Infusion Sonography(SIS)for Tubal Patency and Intrauterine Adhesion in Infertile Patients
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of four-dimensional uterine tubal ultrasound(4D-HyCoSy)and Saline Infusion Sonography(SIS)for tubal patency and intrauterine adhesion in infertile pa-tients.Methods:Select 106 infertile patients treated in our hospital from April 2021 to January 2024 as the study subjects, all patients are in preoperative four-dimensional uterine uterine tubal ultrasound angi-ography and intrauterine adhesion fluid contrast examination, using intraoperative hysteroscopy and lapa-roscopic exploration results as the gold standard for diagnosis, comparing the diagnostic accuracy,sensi-tivity,and specificity of different methods in assessing tubal patency and intrauterine adhesion. Results:The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of 4D-HyCoSy+SIS were higher than that of single 4D-HyCoSy(P<0.05);in terms of intrauterine adhesion,4D-HyCoSy was the lowest,SIS was the middle, and 4D-HyCoSy+SIS was the highest(P<0.05);only 4.55%of patients in this group had mild discomfort.Conclusion:4D-HyCoSy examination and SIS examination in the diagnosis of infertility patients have ad-vantages,4D-HyCoSy examination for the diagnosis of uterine tubal patency accuracy is high, and SIS ex-amination for the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesion, the combined application can improve the diagnosis of uterine tubal patency and cervical adhesion, guide the clinical treatment, worth application.
