Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of CT Angiograpghy for the Early Detection of Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To analyze the application value of CT angiograpghy(CTA)in the early diagno-sis of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Select the hospital neurosurgery department from February 2021 to February 2023,the object of 102 patients with cerebral hemorrhage,CT scan and CTA,recording the de-tection rate of cerebral hemorrhage lesions, the diagnosis of diagnosis of CT and CTA diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of active bleeding. Results:The early detection rate of CTA was 96.08%higher than that of CT scan, which was 81.37%.,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addi-tion,the diagnosis rate of cerebral arteriovenous malformation, cerebral aneurysm, hypertension with arte-riosclerosis,and other causes of cerebral hemorrhage,CTA were higher than that of CT scan, and the dif-ferences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of hematoma location and morphology between CTA and CT scan(P>0.05).Moreover,the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of the combined spot and mixed features were higher than those of either sign alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vascular CT imaging has high diagnostic value in the early diagnosis of cere-bral hemorrhage, which is helpful to clarify the etiology of bleeding early. At the same time, combining it with the mixed sign of conventional CT plain scan can improve the predictive value of active bleeding and guide clinical treatment.
