摘要
本文探索在"三全育人"视域下,通过协同育人理论,从方向协同、内容协同、方式协同、评价协同4个维度,以北京中医药大学生命科学学院思想政治教育实践为例,研究分析高校辅导员和专业教师的协同育人情况,以期寻找可以增强思想政治教育针对性与实效性,切实提升思想政治教育育人效果的有效路径.
Abstract
This paper explores and analyzes the path of collaborative education of college counselors and professional teachers,from the"three full education"perspective,through the theory of collaborative education,with the four dimensions of direction synergy,content synergy,mode synergy and evaluation synergy.It takes the ideological and political education practice of School of Life Sciences,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,with a view to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of ideological and political education,and improve the its educational effect.
