Under the background of new liberal arts and new medicine,the major of public utilities management in medical colleges needs to respond to the requirements of the times,applicability and science and technology,and setting the position of rooting in public management discipline which highlighting Chinese value,integrating interdisciplinary medical characteristics,and reflecting the digital literacy.This paper explores talent training mechanism innovation,sets up a multi-cooperation talent training mechanism across organizational boundaries,promotes the interdisciplinary integration construction of"public management background + medical characteristics",and optimizes teaching staff structure through multiple channels,aiming at realizing innovation of talent training of public utilities management under the background of new liberal arts and new medicine.
