摘要

目的 深入了解助产学专业本科生产房实习的真实体验.方法 采用现象学研究法对10名助产学专业本科实习生进行半结构式深入访谈,并用Colaizzi 七步法对访谈资料进行分析.结果 助产学专业本科实习生产房实习的真实体验共提炼出4个主题:呈现心理反应三阶段;人际关系处理经历两阶段;对实习管理不满意;教与学的冲突.结论 助产学专业本科实习生在产房实习的真实体验呈现多维度,提示管理者应重视实习生心理反应,提升实习生心理弹性和心理期望,重视师生关系体系建设,改革教学模式,提升带教质量,增强实习归属感.

Abstract

Objective To explore the real-life experiences of midwifery undergraduate students in the delivery ward.Methods A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted on 10 midwifery undergraduate interns,using the phenomenological research method,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step method.Results The real-life experiences of the midwifery undergraduate internship in the delivery ward were extracted into four themes:three stages of psychological reaction,two stages of interpersonal relationship processing,dissatisfaction with internship management and conflict between teaching and learning.Conclusion The real-life experiences of midwifery undergraduate internship in the delivery ward is multi-dimensional,prompting managers to pay attention to the psychological response of interns,using specific psychological counseling and other methods to enhance the psychological resilience and the psychological expectations of interns,to attach importance to the construction of teacher-student relationship system,to reform the teaching mode,and to improve the quality of teaching,and to enhance the sense of belonging of internships.
