综合性医科大学中药学专业建设的实践与思考——以首都医科大学为例

摘要
首都医科大学中药学专业在长期办学实践中分析身处综合性医科大学的教育教学资源特点,结合生源及其就业趋向,逐步树立了院校教育与师承教育相结合培养中药专业人才的精品教育理念,实施一系列深化中药学专业教育教学综合改革的措施,使人才培养质量显著提升.通过专业认证更加明确自身存在的问题,并制定了持续推进国家级一流专业建设、进一步提升人才培养质量的具体措施.
Abstract
In the long-term educational practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine major at Capital Medical University,we have analyzed the characteristics of educational and teaching resources in a comprehensive medical university,combined with the source of students and their employment trends,and gradually established a high-quality education concept of combining college education with mentor education to cultivate talents in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.We have implemented a series of measures to deepen the comprehensive reform of education and teaching in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,significantly improving the quality of talent cultivation.Through professional certification,we have further clarified our own problems and formulated specific measures to continuously promote the construction of national first-class majors and further improve the quality of talent cultivation.
