摘要
硕士研究生学位论文是研究生培养阶段研究成果的集中体现,更是学位授予的重要依据.当前临床医学专业学位硕士研究生论文存在学术训练不足、导师主体责任发挥不到位、培养过程管理有待优化等问题.本研究从问题导向视域角度,以文献查阅、访谈等方式剖析学位论文质量问题,提出建立导师培训考核长效机制,强化重点研究群体督导,学位论文质量关口前移,增设学位论文学术规范审查等研究生教育管理体系关键环节的政策建议,加大专业协会等社会评价主体的介入力度,以期优化临床医学专业学位硕士研究生论文评价体系,提升学位论文质量并推动研究生教育的改革与发展.
Abstract
The dissertations of master's degree students are the concentrated embodiment of research results in the stage of graduate training,and it is also an important basis for degree conferment.Currently,there are problems such as insufficient academic training,lack of main responsibility of tutors and optimization of training process management.From the problem-oriented perspective,this study analyzes dissertations quality problems by means of literature review and interviews,and puts forward policy suggestions on establishing a long-term mechanism for tutor training and assessment,strengthening the supervision of key research groups,advancing the dissertation quality,and adding review of academic norms for dissertations and other key links of graduate education management system.The intervention of social evaluation bodies such as professional associations should be strengthened in order to optimize the evaluation system of professional dissertation of clinical medical masters,improve the quality of dissertation and promote the reform and development of graduate education.
