摘要
临床教学的同质化建设是各医学院校及教学基地长期探索的课题.本文主要探讨了在学校临床教学质量同质化保障体系下,作为高校的附属医院,在医院教学管理层面进一步落实和提升临床教学同质化建设进行的探索实践.采取的各项措施取得了良好的成效,为临床教学同质化建设的可持续发展提供参考.
Abstract
The homogenization of clinical teaching has been a long-standing topic of exploration for medical colleges and teaching hospitals.This article primarily discusses,under the quality assurance system of the university for clinical teaching,as the affiliated hospital of university,how to further implement and enhance the construction of homogenized clinical teaching at the hospital teaching management level,and our exploration and practice have achieved good results,providing a reference for the sustainable development of the homogenization of clinical teaching.
