共建共享促进儿科临床教学同质化管理模式的实践探索

摘要
在中山大学的7个直属附属医院中,由于各医院的建设和发展速度不同,存在着教学理念、教学模式和教学条件等方面的差异.为提高教学质量,本文探索了儿科临床教学同质化管理模式的方法,包括制定统一的教学标准、建立师资队伍培训机制、强化教学质量评价以及推动跨院合作和资源共享等方面的措施.通过实践,期望能够更好地促进各医院之间的教学资源共享和优化利用,提高儿科学临床教学质量和水平.
Abstract
Differences do exist in teaching philosophy,teaching methods,and teaching conditions of the seven directly affiliated hospitals of Sun Yat-sen University,due to the varying speeds of construction and development of each hospital.To improve teaching quality,this article explores specific practical methods of homogenization management model in pediatric clinical teaching,including establishing uniform teaching standards,setting up faculty training mechanisms,enhancing teaching quality evaluation,and promoting cross-hospital collaboration and resource sharing.Through practical exploration,we hope to better promote the sharing and optimal utilization of teaching resources among hospitals,and enhance the quality and level of pediatric clinical teaching.
