A high-quality talent cultivation system can help build the high-level construction of pharmacy in the era of new quality productivity.This study summarizes the practices and achievements of College of Pharmacy,Xinjiang Medical University in constructing a high-quality talent cultivation system based on the requirements of the national first-class undergraduate pharmacy program.We firmly grasped the primary task of high-quality development,optimized the pharmacy discipline settings and proceeded from the actual situation of talent training,then compared the direction and requirements of new quality productivity for talent cultivation.In the face of the opportunities and challenges of the new situation of the undergraduate pharmacy professional construction,improvement measures were proposed to improve the pharmaceutical talent training system based on new quality productivity,and references and application practices were provided for the new pharmaceutical talent training programs to promote the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the pharmacy.
