摘要
本文从医学院校大型仪器设备管理现状分析入手,重点讨论了思想意识、管理机制、重复购置、使用效率、维护成本、空间占用和人员队伍等方面的因素;通过探讨改变意识形态、明确功能定位、查重评议、需求管理以及优化配置入手,进而形成有效的大型仪器设备管理机制;同时针对大型仪器设备后期运行管理从政策制定、搭建平台、培训交流、运行维护和绩效考核管理等方面进行了阐述,以期形成行之有效的大型仪器设备管理模式.
Abstract
This article starts with an analysis of the current situation of large-scale instrument and equipment management in medical colleges,focusing on factors such as ideological awareness,management mechanisms,repeated purchases,usage efficiency,maintenance costs,space occupation,and personnel team.By exploring ways to change ideology,clarify functional positioning,conduct plagiarism checks and evaluations,manage requirements,and optimize configuration,an effective mechanism for managing large-scale instruments and equipment can be formed.Meanwhile,this article elaborates on the later operation management of large instruments and equipment from the aspects of policy formulation,platform construction,training and exchange,operation and maintenance,and performance appraisal management,aiming to form an effective management model for large instruments and equipment.
