摘要
目的 了解国内外学术型心血管内科硕士研究生培养状况,为提高专业选修课程质量探索新思路.方法 通过文献检索、网上查询,比较国内外心血管内科硕士研究生培养差异,汇总分析7所国内和7所国外医学院校相应专业选修课程内容、授课方式、考核方式.制订调查问卷,对研究生导师、临床和科研骨干、研究生等多层次人员进行调研,并征集增设课程内容的建议.结果 资料分析提示,我国学术型心血管内科硕士研究生培养体系相对落后于国外.问卷结果显示,被调查者对汇总的33门选修课重要性的评分介于40～65之间;这些选修课的授课方式和考核方式存在多样性;被调查者建议增设的理论课程有12门和建议增设的实践课程有4类.结论 优化选修课体系,有助于进一步提高学术型心血管内科硕士研究生综合科研素养.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current state of the cultivation of cardiovascular medical postgraduates in at home and abroad,and to explore new method for improving the quality of professional elective courses.Methods Through the literature search,online query,the comparison of the domestic and international cardiovascular medicine masters' degree,we analyzed and summarized the contents,methods and ways of examination of the corresponding professional courses in 7 medical colleges and universities in 7 countries.We also formulated a questionnaire,conduct research to graduate supervisors,clinical and scientific research backbone,graduates and other levels of personnel and collect suggestions for additional course content.Results Data analysis suggested that China's academic cardiovascular medicine master's degree system was relatively behind foreign countries.The results of the questionnaire showed that the scores of the importance of the 33 elective courses were between 40-65;the teaching methods and examination methods of these elective courses were varied.The investigators suggested that there were 12 additional theoretical courses and 4 types of practical courses.Conclusion Optimizing the system of elective courses will help to further improve the comprehensive scientific research quality of academic cardiovascular medical postgraduates.
