Research advances in clinical reasoning teaching in preclinical medical education
Clinical reasoning ability of doctors plays an important role in reducing misdiagnosis rate and improving clinical post competency,and at present,there still lacks the application of clinical reasoning teaching in the field of preclinical medical education in China.Based on the concept and theory of clinical reasoning,this article reviews the current status of clinical reasoning teaching,which is urgently needed in preclinical education,but has no effective curriculum to solve this problem,and analyzes the problems and solutions in the extensive development of such curriculum.How to realize the homogenization of such curriculum and how to train teachers are the research directions that should be taken seriously in the future.
