摘要
中外合作办学是促进医学高层次人才国际化的重要途径,也是提高医学生国际竞争力的有效手段.武汉大学与法国洛林大学以促进医学教育和临床实践发展为基础,合作共建八年制中法实验班,在管理机制与培养模式方面开展了系列教学改革,包括建立整合课程体系、实行双语教学、注重学生自主性的培养、强化学生临床实践能力与临床研究水平等方式,为培养具有国际视野的卓越医学人才提供参考与借鉴.
Abstract
Sino-Foreign cooperative education is an important way to promote the internationalization of high-level medical talents,and an effective means to improve the international competitiveness of medical students.Based on promoting the development of medical education and clinical practice,the Sino-French eight-year clinical medical program was jointly established by Wuhan University and Lorraine University in France.A series of teaching reforms in management mechanism and training system have been carried out,including establishing an integrated curriculum system,implementing bilingual teaching,emphasizing the cultivation of students'autonomy learning quality,and strengthening students'clinical practice ability and clinical research level.Thus,the program may provide a reference for cultivating outstanding medical talents with international vision.
