摘要
随着纳米技术的不断发展,纳米颗粒被广泛应用于构建药物递送系统.在纳米颗粒表面修饰天然细胞膜,不仅能减轻纳米颗粒的生物毒性和免疫原性,也能使其获得长循环、免疫逃逸、同源靶向等复杂生物活性.同时含有2种及以上细胞膜成分的杂合膜则具备了来自于不同细胞的功能和生物学特性,可以实现多样化的递送目的.综述了杂合膜包覆的纳米颗粒研究进展,并对其在生物医学领域的应用前景进行了展望.
Abstract
With the continuous development of nanotechnology,nanoparticles are widely used for the construction of drug delivery systems.Modifying the surface of nanoparticles with natural cell membrane can not only reduce the biological toxicity and immunogenicity of nanoparticles,but also endow them with complex biological activities,including long-term circulation,immune evasion and homologous targeting.The hybrid membrane,which simultaneously contains two or more cell membrane components,has the functions and biological characteristics derived from different cells,achieving diversified delivery purposes.This article reviews the research progress of hybrid membrane-coated nanoparticles and envisions their potential applications in biomedicine field.
