摘要

微藻的独特特性使其在药物递送系统中发挥天然优势.作为天然活性物质,微藻及其外囊泡具有良好的生物相容性,由于其具有独特的形态结构和表面特性,可实现其对药物的直接负载.药物递送效率可通过对微藻表面的简单修饰进一步提高.在此基础上构建的多功能生物混合微纳机器人在临床治疗中具有转化潜力.综述基于微藻的药物递送系统研究进展,在疾病治疗中的应用及未来的前景与挑战.

Abstract

The unique characteristics of microalgae give themselves a natural advantage in drug delivery systems.As a type of natural active substance,microalgae and their outer vesicles have good biocompatibility.Due to their unique morphological structure and surface characteristics,they can achieve direct drug loading.The efficiency of drug delivery can be further improved by simple modification of the surface of microalgae.The multifunctional bio-hybrid micro-nano robot constructed on this basis has the potential for transformation in clinical treatment.We provide a review of the research progress of drug delivery systems of microalgae,their applications in disease treatment,as well as their prospects and future challenges.
