外泌体糖组学在生物医药领域的应用研究进展

外泌体上含有丰富的糖链,这些糖链携带大量生物信息,在外泌体介导的机体各个生物学过程中发挥重要作用。外泌体上异常变化的糖链可作为疾病的生物标志物和治疗靶标。此外,外泌体作为药物载体时,其靶向性的提高与表面糖复合物的修饰相关。综述系统介绍了外泌体中糖组、糖组学研究方法及其在生物医药领域的应用进展,为基于糖组学的外泌体在生物医药领域深入研究和应用提供参考。
Progress of Research on the Application of Exosomal Glycomics in Biomedicine
Exosomes are rich in glycoconjugates,which carry a lot of biological information and play an important role in various biological processes mediated by exosomes.Abnormally altered glycoconjugates in exosomes can be used as disease biomarkers and therapeutic targets.In addition,when exosomes are used as drug carriers,the improvement of their targeting is related to the modification of the surface glycoconjugates.This paper systematically reviews the glycomics in exosomes,the research methods of glycomics and their application in the field of biomedicine,aiming to provide some reference for the in-depth research and application of exosomes in the biomedical field based on the perspective of glycomics.
