摘要
适配体因其靶向性和易于化学合成等特性而被广泛地应用于诊断和治疗研究.由于眼部解剖结构的独立性和特殊性,适配体能够在眼科领域起到独特的作用.目前已有系列适配体在眼科疾病领域的研究报道,包括2个上市的适配体.综述就有关适配体的特点,及其在眼科疾病年龄相关性黄斑变性、青光眼、甲状腺相关性眼病及眼肿瘤中的研究进展进行了介绍.
Abstract
Aptamers are widely used in diagnostic and therapeutic research due to their targeting and ease of chemical synthesis.Aptamers can play a unique role in ophthalmology due to the independence and specificity of the eye's anatomy.At present,a series of aptamers have been reported in the field of ophthalmic diseases,including two aptamers approved.This review introduces the characteristics of aptamers and their research progress in age-related macular degeneration,glaucoma,thyroid associated ophthalmopathy,and ocular tumors.
