摘要

磷酸戊糖途径(pentose phosphate pathway,PPP)是葡萄糖分解代谢的重要途径,其作为连接糖代谢和核苷酸代谢的桥梁,为细胞增殖提供所需的核糖.报道显示,PPP关键酶在肿瘤细胞中普遍高表达,靶向该途径已成为抗肿瘤药物研发的有效策略.综述靶向氧化PPP关键酶小分子抑制剂的研究进展,以期为相关领域药物研发提供新的思路.

Abstract

The pentose phosphate pathway(PPP)is an important pathway for the catabolism of glucose,serving as a bridge between glucose metabolism and nucleotide metabolism.PPP guarantees the supply of ribose for cell proliferation.Reports show that the key enzymes of PPP are generally highly expressed in tumor cells.Targeting PPP pathway has become an effective strategy for anti-tumor drug development.This paper reviews the current research progress of small-molecule inhibitors targeting key enzymes in the oxidative PPP,aiming to provide new ideas for drug development in related fields.
