显微超声技术治疗磨牙中上段不完全钙化根管的疗效分析

摘要
目的 探讨显微超声技术治疗磨牙中上段不完全钙化根管的临床疗效.方法 选取100例磨牙中上段不完全钙化患者(100颗患牙)作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例(50颗患牙).对照组给予传统方法进行根管治疗,观察组给予显微超声技术治疗.对比两组患牙的根管口扩通率、根中1/3处扩通率、根尖1/3处扩通率、单根管平均扩通时间、围术期(术前1 d及术后1 d、3 d、7 d)视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及术后并发症情况.结果 观察组根管口扩通率、根中1/3处扩通率、根尖1/3处扩通率均高于对照组,单根管扩通时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).术后1d、3d、7d,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).观察组术后并发症总发生率(4.00％)低于对照组(20.00％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 与传统根管治疗方法相比,显微超声技术治疗磨牙中上段不完全钙化根管可取得更理想的治疗效果,具有根管扩通率高、扩通时间短,并发症少、疼痛程度轻等优势,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of micro-ultrasonic technology in the treatment of incomplete calcified root canal in the middle and upper molar.Methods A total of 100 patients(100 teeth)with incomplete calcified root canal in the middle and upper molar were selected as research objects.Patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases(50 teeth)in each group.The control group was treated with traditional root canal therapy,while the observation group was treated with micro-ultrasound technology.The expansion rate of root canal orifice,expansion rate at the middle one-third of root,expansion rate at the apical third of root,average expansion time for single root canal,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores during the perioperative period(1 day before operation and 1,3 and 7 days after operation)and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher expansion rate of root canal orifice,expansion rate at the middle one-third of root,expansion rate at the apical third of root,and shorter expansion time for single root canal(all P＜0.05).On postoperative 1,3,and 7 days,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(4.00％)was lower than that in the control group(20.00％),with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional root canal therapy,micro-ultrasound technology can achieve better therapeutic effect in the treatment of incomplete calcified root canal in the middle and upper molar,which has the advantages of higher expansion rate of root canal orifice,shorter expansion time of root canal orifice,fewer complications and mild pain,and is worth of promoting and applying.
