摘要
采用硅胶柱色谱、中压反相柱色谱、凝胶色谱等各种现代色谱分离技术对一串蓝地上部分的化学成分进行分离纯化,并运用现代波谱学手段鉴定化合物结构.从中分离得到了 3个克罗烷型二萜化合物,分别鉴定为2β-hydroxy-7,8-dehydrobacchotricuneatin A(1)、dugesin C(2)和 tonalensin(3).其中化合物 1 为新二萜化合物,化合物2和3为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Abstract
Three neo-clerodane were isolated from the aerial parts of Salvia farinacea Benth.,and were purified by various technologies,including silica gel,ODS,sephadex LH-20,and their structures were identified by modem spectroscopy techniques as 2β-hydroxy-7,8-dehydrobacchotricuneatin A(1),dugesin C(2),and tonalensin(3).Compound 1 was a new diterpenoid,and compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
